The price depends on the repetition rate, file format, theme and difficulty. The higher the repetition rate, the better the discount.
The translations will be delivered in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Trados or MemoQ formats with a simple layout.
When the text is translated from Chinese, the price includes the revision service of a native revisor.
The prices above are for reference only. The client needs to get a personalised quote for his or her project. Once the client and the translator reach an agreement on the rate and the delivery time, the client should make the payment in full and provide the internal glossary (if applicable) before the translator starts translating. The long-term clients may make the payment within 30 days of receipt of the translation and the invoice.
In the case that the client needs to make changes after the project begins, he or she should pay the new words calculated by Trados Studio.
Should the client not be satisfied with the service quality, he or she must notify the translator within 14 days of receipt of the translation and point out the objective mistakes. As translation work requires professional skills and the language is extremely flexible, we do not accept complaints arising from style changes, especially those done by a person without professional experience.
